Ducati Streetfighter V4 is a super bike available in 2 variants and 3 colours. The Ducati Streetfighter V4 is powered by 1103cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 205.17 bhp and a torque of 123 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Ducati Streetfighter V4 comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Streetfighter V4 bike weighs 201 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 16 liters.

Ducati has launched the BS6-compliant Streetfighter V4 and the Streetfighter V4S in the Indian market. The flagship naked roadster is based on the Panigale V4, although the Streetfighter V4 features upright ergonomics that have been achieved through a high, wide bar and a moderated footpeg position.

The styling cues include an aggressive design that comprises an LED headlight with a V-shaped LED DRL, an LED taillight, a split-style seat, and a single-sided swingarm design. The Streetfighter V4 also gets the 'biplane' wings that are developed by Ducati Corse aerodynamicists. These winglets are claimed to generate 28kg of downforce at 270kmph. The colour options include two choices – Ducati Red and Dark Stealth and it tips the weighing scale at 180kg.

The new Ducati Streetfighter V4 range shares its Desmosedici Stradale V4 engine with the Panigale V4. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the 1,103cc, 90-degree V4 engine makes 205bhp of maximum power at 12,750rpm and 123Nm of peak torque at 9,500rpm. The company also offers the full-racing Ducati Performance exhaust by Akrapovic as an optional extra. The Akrapovic system further increases the power and torque output to 217bhp and 130Nm, respectively. The exhaust system also reduces the weight of the motorcycle by six kilograms.

The electronic rider aids work with a six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit. The safety aids include three riding modes, ABS Cornering EVO, Ducati Traction Control EVO 2, Ducati Slide Control, Ducati Wheelie Control EVO, Ducati Power Launch, Ducati Quick Shift up/down EVO 2, Engine Brake Control (EBC) EVO, and Ducati Electronic Suspension EVO. The motorcycle gets a five-inch full-TFT colour screen that is Ducati Multimedia System (optional accessory) compatible.

The hardware on the standard Streetfighter V4 includes 43mm Showa Big Piston Forks (BPF) at the front and a Sachs mono-shock at the back – both fully adjustable. The S variant, on the other hand, uses Ohlins 43mm NIX-30 front fork, an Ohlins TTX36 rear shock absorber, and an Ohlins event-based steering damper – all electronically adjustable. The anchoring tasks on both variants are handled by twin, 330mm discs at the front and a single 245mm rotor at the back.
